Project Motion is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Startup factory, Georgian Individual Entrepreneur number 328893292, at Village Mashavera, Dmanisi Municipality, Georgia 1700 (“Project Motion”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you visit our store, join the first-release list, place an order or contact us.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the store, we may collect:
- contact and order details, including name, email, phone number, billing address and delivery address;
- an email address and form placement/tag when you ask for first-release updates;
- product choices, cart contents, order history, cancellations, refunds and customer-support records;
- payment status and limited transaction details supplied by our payment provider; we do not receive or store full payment-card numbers;
- device, browser, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, campaign attribution and interaction data;
- marketing preferences and communications with us;
- product-safety information you voluntarily provide when reporting a suspected adverse event or product problem.
We do not ask customers to disclose menopause status, diagnoses, symptoms, medicines or other health information for advertising or ordinary shopping. If you report a product-safety issue, any health information you provide is handled in the support and safety case and is not sent to advertising platforms.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- provide the store, process payment, review, fulfil and deliver orders;
- send order confirmations, service messages and tracking;
- provide support and manage cancellations, refunds, complaints and product-safety reports;
- prevent fraud, secure the store and enforce our terms;
- comply with tax, accounting, product-safety, recall and other legal obligations;
- understand store performance and improve our products and customer experience;
- send marketing only where permitted and according to your preferences;
- measure advertising where the applicable consent and privacy settings allow it.
Who receives information
We may disclose the minimum information needed to service providers including Shopify; PayPal when you use its payment flow; Supliful and its fulfilment partners when an order or support/safety workflow requires it; delivery carriers; email and support providers; Google Analytics and Meta under the applicable consent state; and professional advisers. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a legitimate business transfer.
Our providers may process information in countries other than where you live, including the United States and Georgia. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply.
Advertising and analytics
The store may preserve non-sensitive campaign information such as source, campaign, ad and placement. Google Analytics and Meta measurement operate subject to the applicable Shopify privacy and consent state. We do not intentionally send email, phone, delivery address, payment details, diagnoses, symptoms, medicines or product-safety narratives through browser advertising events.
Where applicable, you may opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing through the store’s privacy choices or by contacting us.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for orders, support, legal obligations, fraud prevention, tax and accounting, dispute handling and product-safety records. Retention periods differ by record type. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability or information about disclosure, and to withdraw marketing consent or opt out of certain advertising uses. These rights may be limited by legal exceptions. To make a request, email fab50s.dash@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity.
You can unsubscribe from marketing through the link in each marketing email. Service and order messages are not marketing.
Children
The store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our practices, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
